Police in Schoemansdal are requesting the public to help them in reuniting Nelisiwe Hope Makama (13) from Schoemansdal with her family.
According to information, Nelisiwe residing with her father but at the time of her disappearance, she was reportedly visiting her mother.
Nelisiwe was last seen by her mother on 20 January 2024. The mother indicated that she was not wearing uniform but a floral dress with white sneakers when she left for school.
Since then she never returned neither to her mother nor her father’s place of residence.
Police urge anyone who might have information about the whereabouts of Nelisiwe to contact Detective Sergeant Ian Mashaba on 013 781 3316 or call Crime Stop number at 08600 10111. Alternatively, members of the public send information via MYSPSAPP. All received information will be treated as confidential, and callers may opt to remain anonymous.
