SAPS requests public assistance in locating a missing woman

Luandra Minnaar (34):
Police in Pacaltsdorp seeks the assistance of the public in the search for Luandra Minnaar (34) from Swan Street, Parkdene in George who was reported as missing on Friday, 05 April 2024.

Preliminary reports indicates that the woman and a man went to the Gwaing Beach near Pacaltsdorp on Thursday, 04 April 2024 when they experienced difficulty. The man, her companion, went to seek help and on return noticed that the woman was gone. Emergency services personnel were alerted and a search for the woman commenced.

Police divers were deployed in the area ever since. They are currently searching along the coastline where she disappeared.

Further information available indicates that she was dressed in a white t-shirt and black Adidas tracksuit at the time of her disappearance.

The investigation officer, Warrant Officer Vicky Gibson, urges the public to come forward with any information which could assist police with the search. Anyone with information may contact the Investigating Officer on 044 803 9130 or 079 894 1589.

Marinkie Malatjie (52):
The Police in Mankweng request members of the public to assist in locating a missing woman, Marinkie Malatjie, aged 52.

According to information, her daughter realised that her mother was nowhere to be found when she returned from school on Friday, 05 April 2024 at about 13:30.

The missing person left her home without informing anyone about her destination, and the type of clothes she was wearing at the time of her disappearance are unknown.

Police and family conduct a search operation without any success.

Amogelang Morris (16) :
The Police request the community to help find a missing teen named Amogelang Morris (16) who was last seen on Thursday, 04 April 2024 at about 15:00 when she left home.

According to her grandmother, Amogelang arrived home from school and left home without informing her that she was visiting her cousins at New Extension in Seretse Township.

The grandmother asked her cousins and friends about her whereabouts. Her friends informed her that they last saw her at about 22:00 at a tavern. Apparently Amogelang informed them that she will be travelling to Kimberley to visit friends.

A missing person’s case was registered for further investigation. The missing girl is light in complexion, slender, average in height, short black hair and she was wearing a blue pair of jeans and black top.
