Public assistance is required to locate 45 year old Mervin Booth (pictured).
Booth is a resident of Elf Place in Clare Estate – KZN. He left his residence yesterday (Wednesday) at approximately 07:30. He was expected to walk to King Dinuzulu Hospital in Springfield Park – KZN for an appointment, but he cannot be located since.
His family visited the medical facility and were informed that Booth did not arrive at the facility. He has a history of Mental Health issues. He walks with a limp and his hands shake.
