Multiple stolen and hijacked vehicles recovered across Gauteng

In various operations across Ekurhuleni, the Gauteng Traffic Police and Gauteng Traffic Wardens STT (Eastern Corridor) recovered multiple stolen and hijacked vehicles.

The following recoveries were made:

A BMW hijacked at Rondebult was found stripped at Rondebult Tree Crescent.

An Isuzu bakkie stolen in Delmas was recovered on Cloverfield Road, Springs.

A Toyota Fortuner stolen in Benoni CBD was found at Sinclare Avenue, Edenpark.

A Ford Ranger hijacked in Germiston was recovered in Katlehong.

A Suzuki Swift hijacked in Melville was recovered at Vosloorus Ext 5.

A Toyota Corolla Cross stolen in Boksburg was recovered in Van Dyk Park.

A Nissan hijacked in Tembisa was found stripped at Somalia Park, Vosloorus.

A Nissan Sentra hijacked in KwaThema was recovered at Sithole Street, Tsakane Ext 12B.

A White Toyota Fortuner stolen in Heidelberg was recovered on Moagi Street, Vosloorus – 1 suspect was arrested.

A VW Polo hijacked in Delmas was recovered on Mothalpeng Street, Kwa-Thema.
