During crime prevention operations in Tembisa and surrounding areas, a joint team consisting of the Gauteng Traffic Police, Gauteng Traffic Wardens STT (Eastern Corridor), Gauteng Traffic Wardens Tembisa North, and Tembisa SAPS apprehended four suspects for possession of illegal substances.
In Winnie Mandela Zone 3, officers acted on information about a local drug dealer. The suspect was found in possession of Crystal Meth and arrested.
In Isithama Section, members responded to a tip-off from residents about a male suspect allegedly dealing in dagga. The individual was found with the substances and arrested.
At Madela Kufa Informal Settlement, a suspect was apprehended after being found in possession of Double Star Pills.
Additionally, during stop and search operations in the informal settlement, another male suspect was found with illegal substances in his possession and was arrested.
