A bakkie was extensively damaged after it crashed into concrete barriers on the southbound lane of the N2 in the vicinity of Umhlanga – KZN yesterday afternoon (Saturday).
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived on scene at approximately 23:41. Reaction Officers established that the driver of a white Chevrolet Utility bakkie failed to negotiate a bend properly and collided into concrete barriers.
The driver and his passenger sustained injuries and were being examined by Paramedics from a private ambulance service.
