Three (3) female friends were robbed at a residence on Soccer Road in Waterloo – KZN shortly after arriving from a night out this morning (Saturday).
The intoxicated victims informed members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) that were returning home from a local tavern approximately 4:29 in their Renault Kwid when they noticed a silver Renault Triber (registration unknown) following them. Upon reaching their residence, four (4) armed suspects emerged from the trailing vehicle and confronted the trio.
The assailants, armed with firearms, swiftly relieved the victims of valuable items, including an iPhone 12, Samsung A50, Samsung A13, an undisclosed amount of cash, and the key to their Renault Kwid. As the suspects fled the scene, a shot was fired on the road.
Reaction Officers initiated search for the perpetrators, however the suspects remain at large.
