FREE STATE – The Bayswater Police is appealing to the public for assistance in locating 26-year-old Mofenyi Reamogetse Latakgomo, who has been reported as missing.
Mr. Latakgomo, who is currently in Bloemfontein for training and is originally from Johannesburg, was last seen in the early hours of Sunday, 8 October 2025, at approximately 03:26. He reportedly informed his colleagues that he was going for a walk and has not returned since.
Unfortunately, no description of the clothing he was wearing when he disappeared is currently available. Family, friends, and the police are actively engaged in the search for Mr. Latakgomo.
Police are urging anyone who may have information regarding Mofenyi Reamogetse Latakgomo’s whereabouts to contact the investigating officer, Detective Sergeant Moipone Leeuw, immediately on 0820439522. Information may also be shared via MySAPS App or contacting Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
