On 14 October 2025 at approximately 23h00, multiple PVES members were activated for a sick patient found on a sidewalk. Upon initial assessment, the patient was found to have critically low blood pressure and was complaining of severe chest and abdominal pain, as well as vomiting blood.

An additional PVES Practitioner was activated to assist with stabilization and establish IV access. The patient was subsequently transported by GPG to a nearby medical facility for further treatment.
