The decomposing body of a man was discovered in his informal home in Mhlasini – KZN.
Residents contacted Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) approximately 13:37 and reported a pungent smell emanating from their neighbours home.
On arrival, Reaction Officers peered through a gap in the door and discovered the man hanging
by rope tied to a wooden rafter.
According to neighbours, they had last seen the deceased on Sunday.
