A 55 year old mother has made contact with Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) this morning (Wednesday) reporting that her 24 year old daughter disappeared at 05:20 am while hanging up washing. She has not been seen since.
24 year old Tilisha (Sashi) Nagappen was last seen at the washing line at her home on Madrona Drive in Trenance Park – Kwazulu Natal. Her four (4) year old daughter, mother & extended family were indoors at the time of her disappearance.
Reaction Officers interviewed the family & established that Nagappen had met a Stanger – KZN resident on Tik Tok five (5) days ago. Yesterday (Tuesday) the man arrived at the residence in a white Toyota Conquest with NT registration to fetch Nagappen after they both decided to move in together. The Nagappen family objected & the man left. Reaction Officers are in possession of the man’s picture & are withholding the image & identification pending the investigation.
The family further explained that Nagappen had previously eloped approx three (3) years ago but they could not confirm if she was kidnapped or left willingly in this incident. The family is concerned that the missing woman is currently in a relationship & is unlikely that she would have left unannounced.
Tilisha Nagappen is medium in complexion, has blond hair & brown eyes. She has a faded tattoo with the words ABBY on her left arm. At the time of her disappearance, she was attired in a pair of blue jeans, black jacket & a pair of black bedroom slippers.
