At around 3:00 AM, while conducting evening patrols in Olievenhoutbosch, members of the Gauteng Traffic Police and Gauteng Traffic Wardens spotted a male attempting to hide from officers.
Upon searching him, officers discovered a 9mm pistol with a loaded magazine of live ammunition in his possession. The suspect was immediately arrested for possession of an unlicensed firearm and live ammunition.
