A white 2022 Toyota Rumion (registration BK91YYZN) was reported stolen from a Carwash in Seaview – KZN at approximately 10:00 on Friday (08/08/2025).
The vehicle was left at the carwash by the owner as part of his usual routine. Upon returning later that day, he discovered that his seven-seater vehicle, notable for a cracked windscreen and damaged paint on the front left fender, had vanished.
According to witnesses at the scene, a male approached employees and informed them that the owner had sent him to fetch the vehicle. He was handed the keys and he drove off. The vehicle had approximately three-quarters of a tank of fuel.
