Police in Belfast are appealing to the public for assistance in locating Bongeka Petunia Mbhamali (34), who resides in Belfast. She has been #missing since 14 August 2025.
According to reports, Bongeka was last seen at approximately 07:00, reportedly on her way to visit her homestead in Mbazwane, in KwaZulu-Natal.
It is alleged that she reached the designated taxi rank in Mbazwane. Till date, Bongeka has not arrived home, and nobody has heard from her.
At the time of her disappearance, Bongeka was last seen wearing a white scotch dress, a black jean jacket, and black boots.
Anyone with information that could assist in locating Bongeka Petunia Mbhamali, is urged to contact Detective Sergeant Rose Magagula on 078 047 4575. The Bethlehem Police Station needs community assistance in locating a #missing person, Bongiwe Lydia Mashinini (40), known as ‘Choice’, from Morelig near Bethlehem, who was last seen on Friday, 15 August 2025, leaving home to go to Setsing Tavern with a friend and never returned home.
