Missing Mpumelelo Joseph Billie (55) was last seen on 17 December 2022 when he left Libode going to Mthatha visiting his family, but he never arrived. He was driving a Toyota Avanza with reg no JTG 501 EC. He was last seen wearing navy blue jeans, black shirt and white cap.
