Sea Point detectives are seeking the assistance of the public to locate the family of a deceased person, Samantha Campher, as depicted in the photograph. Samantha was admitted to a local hospital on 18 December 2023, but discharged herself.
On 30 December 2023, her body was discovered in Granger Bay and an inquest was registered to determine the cause of death.
