Spiking Incident on N4 Eastbound between Solomon Mahlangu & Simon Vermooten. Suspects evaded aren’t with two cellphones. Incident at approximately 23h55.
Rocks 🪨 were placed on the road. Visibility is poor on the stretch of the road. Victims have put up a good fight but suspects had firearms.
Responders just missed them by a few seconds, and they evaded arrest into the thick bushes.
A drone was deployed by Proshield and Lakes security and Old East Forum forum members searched on foot.
Remember
Never stop immediately when you are spiked. Keep driving and hold the steering firm till you drive more than 5 to 10 km.
