🚨 ROOSEVELT PARK – CABLE THEFT ARREST 🚨
At about 21:35, SCP Security responded to a resident report of suspicious activity at Anton Van Wouw St & Mendelsohn Rd. Suspects were found hiding in a manhole stealing copper cables.
Upon arrival, suspects fled in a white Suzuki Swift and on foot, but were quickly pursued and apprehended at Beyers Naudé Dr & Mendelsohn Rd.
🔧 Approximately 43 pieces of 1.5m copper cables recovered
👮 Suspects and recovered property handed over to South African Police Service (Linden SAPS)
