Members of Napier SAPS intercepted a silver Chevrolet Spark and arrested two male suspects for dealing in drugs.
The team received information about a suspicious motor vehicle travelling towards Napier on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, at about 11:25. They swiftly responded and stopped a vehicle matching the description on the R316. Inside were two males aged 49 and 63, who during a search were found with 2 402 mandrax tablets.
Both suspects were arrested for dealing in drugs and will appear at the Bredasdorp Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, 25 June 2026.
Meanwhile, an Epping Forest duo is set to appear before the Goodwood Magistrate’s Court, following their arrest on Wednesday, 24 June 2026. The two males aged 33 and 38 were arrested by members of #OperationLockdown3 during an operation at Loughton Avenue, Epping Forest. They were found in possession of 40 mandrax tablets and 20 sachets of tik. The drugs were confiscated and booked in as evidence.
