Crisis Medical paramedics were called to the scene of a motor vehicle collision on Sea Cow Lake Road in Springfield Park close to midnight on Friday (2015/06/06).
When paramedics arrived they found the driver, the only occupant of the vehicle,had already freed himself from the vehicle, lucky to be alive and surprisingly having sustained minor injuries only.
Bystanders allege the man in his forties lost control of the vehicle at high speed coming into a bend causing the vehicle to careen over the roadway, before flipping and colliding with a street lamp.
The local authorities were on scene and are investigating the incident further.
