SAPS Motherwell detectives are seeking the community’s assistance in locating a 78-year-old man who went missing on 30 June 2024 from Motherwell.
It is reported that on the abovementioned date, Gidanie Sokutu (78), has left his house in Mcelu Street Motherwell, NU8 and never returned home. Enquiries were made with family and friends he would often visit however, without success. The elderly man reportedly suffers from dementia. Preliminary investigation conducted by police within Nelson Mandela Bay District delivered no results.
