An intelligence-driven operation by members of the South African Police Service in the Waterberg District have led to the arrest of a 21-year-old male suspect and the seizure of dagga with an estimated street value exceeding R120 000 during a successful operation conducted on Thursday, 19 February 2026, in Modimolle.
The suspect is expected to appear before the Modimolle Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 23 February 2026, on a charge of dealing in drugs.
The case has since been transferred to the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI) for further investigation.
