A house on Sunlark Drive in Oaklands – Verulam was extensively damaged after the boundary wall collapsed during heavy rains experienced in Durban and surrounding areas today .
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa were called out to the scene by a resident reporting the incident. Upon arrival it was established that the boundary wall collapsed completely destroying two bedrooms.
A 19 year old boy who was in one of the bedrooms at the time of the incident was not injured.
