Last night, a message was received that there was suspicious movement at the Koedoeberg substation.
Units swiftly responded. Upon arrival, our officers noted that the barbwire fence was damaged. The officer entered the substation using a ladder. The suspect noted our officer and started running but was unsuccessful in his attempt to flee.
The officer managed to detain the suspect.
The suspect was handed over to Garsfontein SAPS.
