Mi7 National Group’s Control Room received a panic activation from a shopping centre in Townhill.
Mi7 Reaction Officers were immediately dispatched while the client reported that a Toyota Hilux had been stolen from the premises.
Within four minutes, Reaction Officers were on site. They got all relevant details from the vehicle’s owner – details which were then uploaded to the Mi7 Surveillance Net.
Mi7 Control Room operators scanned the network of 110 camera locations, trying to track the vehicle’s movements.
At the same time, a widespread search had ensued on the ground. Eventually, Mi7 Reaction Officers found the vehicle abandoned in Chase Valley.
The matter was handed over to the police for further investigation.
