Just before 12:00 the Volunteer Emergency Medical Response Unit received a call for a serious motor vehicle accident on the N1 southbound before Botha Avenue in Pretoria East.
On arrival we found 2 vehicles, one of which was overturned. 1 patient sustained minor injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. The scene was handed over to Gauteng Traffic Police for investigation.
