Durban Metro Police Service Tracing Unit members received information regarding an unlicensed firearm in the KwaNgcolosi area. An operational team was mobilised and tactically approached the identified premises.
Upon searching the residence, one (01) male suspect (26) was found in possession of a black handgun. The suspect was arrested for unlawful possession of an unlicensed firearm and detained at Hillcrest South African Police Service station.
