Last night shortly after 19:00, the Titanium Securitas Medical Response Team was alerted to a shooting incident in the Wallecedene area where multiple individuals had reportedly been shot.
Upon arrival on scene, the Titanium medical team was informed that two patients had already been transported to hospital by private vehicle due to the severity of their injuries. Tragically, a third patient sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was declared deceased on scene.
Members of the South African Police Service were on scene and have launched a full investigation into the incident.
