Acting on a tip-off, JMPD officers from the Wemmer Complex conducted a tactical operation at a residence on Mashiyane Street yesterday.
Upon arrival, the suspect evaded arrest by jumping through a window and scaling boundary walls into neighbouring properties. A search of the premises led to a major discovery:
🔹 674 Mandrax tablets (hidden in a cupboard)
🔹 234 units of Crystal Meth (stashed in the ceiling)
The illicit substances were seized and booked at Jabulani SAPS. While the suspect is still at large, we are closing the gap on drug peddlers in our neighbourhoods.
