A suspect has been arrested for attempted murder after he assaulted a Durban Metro Police Service officer with a hammer and fled the scene.
Thanks to the quick and courageous response by Authorised Officers Bhengu and Khomo, the suspect was successfully intercepted and arrested under the M4 bridge.
We salute AO Bhengu and AO Khomo for their bravery and swift action in apprehending the suspect.
