“A total of 84 motorists were arrested in Empangeni this weekend. 26 were arrested yesterday on their way to cause horrific accidents.
The no-nonsense team from Road Traffic Inspectorate was very firm,” MEC for Transport and Human Settlements Siboniso Duma said.
