Substance Abuse Awareness.
On Thursday, 16 October 2025, our #JMPD Outreach Unit successfully collaborated with SANCA and other key stakeholders for a vital substance abuse awareness motorcade and campaign! 🚔
They started at the Westbury Youth Centre and drove through Bosmont, Newclare, Sophiatown, and Westbury, proceeding to Brixton and Jhb CBD, concluding at the SANCA offices.
The event, part of the SANCA Westbury Substance Abuse Awareness Campaign, was a powerful reminder that IT’S NOT TOO LATE to reset and give up drugs & alcohol. The campaign highlighted the #SoberOctober initiative.
