CAPE TOWN – An integrated operation between the SAPS Drone Unit, Lentegeur SAPS and Public Order Police led to the arrests of ten suspects and the recovery of three firearms with ammunition on Sunday, 02 November 2025.
The members conducted an intelligence driven operation in Watt Court, Woodlands and searched the identified premises. Three 9mm pistols with ammunition were seized and suspects aged between 18 and 36 were arrested for the possession of unlicensed firearms and ammunition.
They will appear in the Mitchell’s Plain Magistrates’ court tomorrow, 04 November 2025, on the mentioned charges.
