A collision occurred this morning just before De Rust when two vehicles, both coming from the direction of Beaufort West, were involved.
According to preliminary information, the Ford Ranger apparently had brake problems, after which a VW Amarok crashed into the Ford from behind. There were five occupants in the Amarok, while one woman was in the Ford. All six people were slightly injured.
Ambulance personnel examined everyone at the scene, and it was confirmed that no one was seriously injured.
