A ninety (90) year old grandmother was robbed of valuables by armed suspects in the Verulam CBD – KZN earlier today.
When Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived on scene at 13:01 (Thursday) and established that suspects armed with knives has forcefully removed the victims bag by cutting the straps. The bag contained cash, her SASSA & bank cards.
The incident occurred on Madrassa Lane in the Central Business District.
