An unknown male abandoned his vehicle and fled on foot after crashing into a store in Grange – KZN this evening (Friday).
Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived on Todd Street at 21:57 and found a white Nissan bakkie lodged inside a Somali-owned store.
According to witnesses, the driver allegedly drove through a red traffic light before colliding with a stationary tow truck. The bakkie then left the road and crashed through the front of the store.
The driver exited the vehicle immediately after the collision and fled the scene on foot. No information regarding his identity was available at the time of publication.
