One person was declared deceased following a collision on the M4 between Umdloti and Sibaya on Friday afternoon, 12 September 2025.
KZNVIP Paramedics, together with multiple emergency services, responded to the scene.
Upon arrival, KZNVIP Emergency Response Teams established that a motorcyclist had lost control and crashed into the rear of a truck.
Despite swift medical intervention, the motorcyclist showed no signs of life and was sadly declared deceased on scene.
The collision caused severe traffic delays in the area, with all emergency services in attendance.
