Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) are currently (Thursday, 08:34) engaged in an active search for a robbery suspect in Brindhaven, KwaZulu-Natal.
The search follows a robbery that took place at the corner of Fairview Drive and Tulip Place. The suspect accosted a domestic employee on her way to work, robbing her of a blue bag containing a Huawei Y5 cellphone, a Capitec bank card, a SASSA card, and R17 in cash. The male was armed with a knife.
The suspect was last seen wearing a multi-coloured jacket, black pants, and white takkies. The 30 year old victim fled to her employer’s residence to seek assistance following the incident.
No injuries were reported.
