“The driver fled from the RTI and abandoned this unroadworthy Polo in a block of flats around Orthman road near Manor. RTI refused any small talk and impounded the car.”
“The foreign national must come and collect his Polo which has no license disc. But we will arrest him straightaway,” the MEC for Transport and Human Settlements Siboniso Duma assured the people of KwaZulu-Natal.
