Ekurhuleni-Between 10 Monday and 13 Wednesday 13 August 2025, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Officers, arrested ten(10) suspects in the Germiston, Kempton park, Duduza, Daveyton and Putfontein areas.
Following on information about individuals selling substances in the community, Officers were able to arrest the suspects in possession of Cannabis (dagga), Mandrax tablets, Crystal meth and Cat, all estimated at a total value of R12,520.
The suspects between the ages of twenty (20) and forty-seven years old (47) were arrested and taken to their respective police stations, facing charges of possession and dealing with illegal substances.
They are expected to appear at a Magistrate’s Court soon.
