KZNVIP Officers swiftly responded to a call for help after a repeat offender allegedly attempted yet another theft at a family member’s property, in Rockgarden Place, Phoenix on Thursday, 20 November 2025.
Just after 12h50, KZNVIP Control Centre received a distress call from a community member reporting that a relative, known for previous thefts, had entered the yard at Rockgardens Place and was attempting to tamper with the property.
All available response officers were immediately dispatched.
Upon arrival, KZNVIP Officers confirmed that the suspect was seen tampering with a door, When he noticed the approaching response officer, he attempted to flee but was swiftly apprehended by KZNVIP. The suspect was handed over to SAPS Phoenix for further investigation.
