House Fire
Date: 28-06-2026
Time: 01:30
Location: Montana
PVES members received a report of a house fire, and the necessary emergency services were quickly dispatched.
On arrival, the lapa at the property was found to have caught alight. All residents were safely accounted for and were unharmed, although understandably shaken by the incident.
Members ensured the residents remained clear of the smoke and provided advice on recognising the signs and symptoms of smoke inhalation, although no patients showed any signs of smoke inhalation or required medical treatment on scene.
The fire was successfully extinguished, and no injuries were reported.
Install and regularly test smoke alarms in your home, and always keep an evacuation plan that everyone in the household knows. Early warning and a quick escape can save lives
