The family of 19-year-old Oluhle Sibiya is appealing to the public for assistance after the Grade 12 learner from Grove End Secondary School in Phoenix – KZN went missing on Sunday, 14 September 2025.
Sibiya, resides with her aunt in Waterloo – KZN, but had been visiting her grandmother in Umlazi – KZN when she disappeared. According to her grandmother, she was last seen around 14:30, boarding a taxi bound for Waterloo – KZN . However, she never arrived at her destination, and her phone has been switched off since that afternoon.
The teenager is described as having a dark complexion, medium build, and black eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a blue jean mini skirt and an Orlando Pirates jacket. She was scheduled to write her Grade 12 examinations on Monday and Tuesday but did not attend school.
