Two people were injured following a side-impact crash on Garsfontein Road near Waterkloof, Garsfontein this afternoon after 13h30.
Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived at the scene and found the two vehicles obstructing the roadway.
Upon assessment they found that two people, one from each vehicle, sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate. Both patients were treated on scene and transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail surrounding the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
