Three people sustained gunshot wounds in an attempted cash-in-transit robbery on the corner of Twist and De Villiers street in Johannesburg this afternoon.
At approximately 13h30, ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene and found three security officers were wounded in the attempted robbery.
One man was in a critical condition and was transported to a hospital by ER24 for further medical care.
Two other men were treated and transported to a hospital by other emergency services on scene.
