BLOEMSPRUIT – Police in Mangaung are urgently appealing to the community for assistance in locating 64-year-old Sophie Mocheselwa, who has been reported missing.
It is alleged that Granny Sophie was last seen on 3 November 2025 at Bergman Square. At the time of her disappearance, she mentioned she was going to visit a friend residing on the same street. She has not been seen or heard from since.
The mentally challenged granny was last seen wearing a black and white dress and walking barefoot at the time of her disappearance. Despite extensive efforts by the family and police to follow up on all leads, her whereabouts remain unknown.
Bloemspruit police are appealing to anyone who may have seen Granny Sophie or has information regarding her current location to come forward.
